Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • Products are fulfilled and shipped from warehouses located in Japan and China
  • This fulfillment model allows us to offer specialized denim products that are not warehoused domestically

Important: Although our business is based in the United States, most orders ship internationally.

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

  • Canada & Europe: 8–18 business days
  • Australia & Other Regions: 10–20 business days

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer
