At Japanese Denim Jeans, we aim to provide a clear and fair return process. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong item sent).
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as size preference, color preference, or change of mind.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be approved.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, contact us at support@japanesedenimjeans.com within 7 days of delivery.
Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Japanese Denim Jeans is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
